  • In the context of ensuring goals achievent with regard to a particular investment project, the article substantiates possibility and necessity of planned investing into developed and ready for implementation state and municipal priority programs for growth of various economic structures.
    The relevance of the challenge under consideration is caused by the lack of established and approved practice of investments into attractive objects. The article provides a comparative and legal analysis of active investment law which regulates relationships between the participants whereof and provides some advantages for business.
    The conclusions presented in the research are aimed at encouraging public formations and private investors for social and economic development strategic planning with regard to municipal regions and constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
