  • The article deals with a new approach of evaluating cost-effectiveness in the field of pet food production on the basis of the use of secondary raw materials and the best value recipe resulted from mathematical modeling based on the fuzzy logic tool. To ensure implementation of the proposed method Fuzzy Logic Toolbox module as a part of MatLab package has been used with Surfase Viewer module being used in order to present modeling results in a graphic form.
The article provides analytical analysis of the results of experiment which indicates feasibility of the proposed methodology for different gender groups of animals.
