  • The article deals with some disputable issues emerging in the process of classification of crime under Article 126 of Criminal Code of Russia "Abduction" with disposition of the said body of a crime being analyzed. Besides a set of suggestions being addressed to lawmakers dealing with the change of description of a punishable offense and its transformation from the simple to a descriptive one which is supposed to raise the efficiency of implementation of this norm. In addition the article provides assessment of the annotation to this norm.
