  • The relevance of the research is based on decriminalization of business entities operations. The present article investigates criminalization of a business entity within the framework of a legal science as a penetration and further application of illegal actions in the course of performing its operations. The article provides the author's own point with regard to the appropriateness of imposing limits on spheres of criminal economy by the activities performed professionally. In addition the authors conclude that the lawmakers apply time and territorial factors when forming the currently in force legislation including the one dealing with criminalization of wrongdoings in the sphere of economy.
