  • The relevance of the research lies in the long-established parasitical attitude to expecting the quality of life of various social-professional and status groups of employees to be secured by the state and companies of the national economic complex.
We present theoretical and empirical analysis of the process of forming the quality of life of business employees making up the administration team and taking part in the management of market relations as a whole. In the research, we determine the instrumental approach to coping with parasitical expectations and to involving the employees in the activity targeted at improving their well-being.
