  • The present article follows up on the series of articles devoted to the draft of the new Criminal Code which has been worked out by the author on the basis of his "Encyclopedia of Criminal Law" consisting of 36 volumes with 29 volumes whereof having already been published, with 300 scientists from Russia and CIS member states participating in the activity and with more than 60 foreign codes having been examined. The concept of the draft with its first 5 chapters were published in the magazine "The Library of Criminal Law and Criminology" in 2017 issues 4, 5, 6 as well as in 2018 issues 1, 2, 3 whereof. However since the said magazine ceased to be published all further chapters will be published in the present magazine. The article deals with Chapter VI of the new Draft Criminal Code. It examines concepts of the complicity, the liability of accomplices, forms and types of accomplices, excess of accomplice, voluntary refusal to accomplice, unaccomplished complicity. It should be noted that not all matters dealing with the complicity have been touched upon in the article with only new and debatable ones being focused on. At the end of the Chapter a list of terms and connotations used in the article is provided.
