  • The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that modern models of sustainable economic development start applying the principles of moderate or rational resource use, which resulted in the emergence of sharing economy.
    E-commerce is the basis of sharing economy that implies that users are not entrepreneurs, but their interaction is carried out on the basis of online platform where they meet, communicate and make payments. Online platforms are the core of sharing economy.
    We consider the application of sharing economy mechanisms in tourism sphere to encourage its sustainable development. We analyze a range of online services used in tourism industry.
