  • The relevance of the article stems from the complexity of qualifying the deeds committed by an organized criminal group: in cases when not all the group members are available at the place of crime, when a crime committed needs some additional indications from a crime committer, or whenever the roles between criminal participants are distributed in such a way that some of them only provide assistance in committing the crime.
    The author examines legal and normative frameworks of defining the crimes set forth before, analyzes existing theoretical and practical approaches to classification of offenses and proposes the way how to better respond to challenges revealed.
