  • We look at the evolution of methods of educational systems management both in Russia and in the world. We analyze the destructive influence of the reforms carried out in recent decades on the national educational system. We prove that ongoing attempts to adapt the general and professional competencies described in Federal educational standards of the Russian Federation to international analogues lack target orientation and are aimed at the results irrelevant to modern Russian society’s needs. We argue that the introduction of western management models leads to desovereignization of Russian educational system.
