  • To ensure food security at the regional level, it is necessary to develop a regulatory framework as well as institutional governmental bodies that will monitor food security and control its level.
    We present a study of normative and legal regulation of food security issues by the example of the subjects of the Volga Federal district; we reveal shortcomings and make suggestions how to address them.
