  • The relevance of the research is based on the need to solve topical problems and take optimal managerial measures to increase the effectiveness of public health system existing in our country.
    We offer a methodological substantiation of system approach to structuring key problems and barriers to developing public health system that should be eliminated by finding optimal ways of interaction of state, business and society.
    We develop and suggest for practical use a set of guidelines to increase the effectiveness of public health system. Special attention is paid to the problems of corporate social responsibility of Russian business, stricter requirements to the quality and production procedures of food industry, securing the health of children and young people.
