  • The need in the digitalization of modern tourist business to increase the accessibility of tours determines the relevance of the research. Developing and implementing such service technologies that are not widely used in the hotel business at the moment, i.e. innovations, is believed to be the most productive way of securing high quality of service.
    We consider the issue of developing the classification of innovations in the hotel business. We offer our own classification of innovations in the hotel business, describe the conditions determining the relevance of innovations in hotels and make a conclusion that currently innovations are an essential component of operation of international hotel chains.
