Information Model of Training Managerial Staff for Vertically Integrated Oil Companies

The role of strategic human resources management in the development of a vertically integrated oil company is examined, the basic principles of building personnel reserve system are proposed. We offer a three-level scheme of forming personnel reserve specifying information flow aimed at implementing the corporate strategy of developing professional staff potential in an integrated organization.
