Anti-competitive Coordination: Issues of Qualification and Ban Application

We look at issues related to qualification and application of banning anti-competitive coordination which is a part of Russian anti-monopoly law. We analyze possible mechanisms of coordination, its elements and correlation with other bans of the anti-monopoly law.
