  • Regarding the topic in question we make a conclusion that a staged realization is one of the main characteristics of television projects. The orientation and correlation of stages depend on the type of the project, its mission and contents. For reasons given, the first principle of assessing the effectiveness of TV projects suggested by us is the principle of assessing effectiveness taking into consideration the realization at various stages. As a show business project is characterized by different types of effects we look at the principle of concordance of economic, political and social aspects of TV projects realization. One more equally important principle is the principle of conformity with the channel orientation. Considering a TV project as a social and cultural project we reveal a group of principles of social and cultural projection (mainly of technological character). On the basis of the classification given social indicators are formed reflecting social and ideological orientation of television and show business projects.
