    Under modern economic conditions the development of a balanced mechanism of all subsystems of tourist industry, improving the quality of service, increasing funding of federal and regional programs of tourism development are becoming more important.
    We reveal the main trends of developing inbound and domestic tourism and offer measures to increase the control over tour operators to improve the quality of service under modern conditions.
