  • Controlling is a new management system that requires constant development and improvement of the methods applied. The implementation of controlling processes is a complicated range of interconnected and consecutive stages that should be structured at an enterprise.

The controlling processes include determining the object of the research, selecting the directions for impact, selecting the priorities, developing standards, monitoring and managing the business triad.
