  • The relevance of the research is substantiated by the fact that in the modern context new methods for career growth and professional promotion management of administrative personnel through "the corporate university" are required.
    The article analyzes functioning of the corporate university both as a tool for career development and as a tool for increase of intellectual capital role. It also explores the methods of organizing the staff training for their career management motivation.
    In the research, the authors have used such methods as comparative analysis along with systematic approach to the study of problems dealing with organizing the training process within a company.
    On the basis of the analysis of corporate university performance, the authors show that career development activities focus on the level of knowledge management, on creating corporate culture and change management, support of strategic development, forming of decision-making support, management and development of informal knowledge. In addition the article justifies the need for establishing a personalized system of professional competence development.
