  • The transition of the economy to innovation development with simultaneous enhancement of social orientation is one of the top priorities of strategic and socio-economic development of Russian economy. Both areas are closely interconnected, and meeting the targets in question is largely conditioned by developing qualitatively new human resources.
In this connection, the problem of developing human resources ready to be involved in research and production processes is relevant. Its solution is based on complex analysis of the basic category of "human resources" from the point of view of interdisciplinary approach and the identification of their properties, operation principles and reproduction factors.
