SECURING SYNERGY EFFECTS BY IMPLEMENTING PROGRAMS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT AND IMPORT SUBSTITUTION

  • The relevance of the research is based on the fact that under modern conditions more effective methods are required to manage the programs of state support of entrepreneurship as well as import substitution.
    We analyze problems preventing the development of the strategic directions in question and analyze the methods of state support used to stimulate small and medium-sized business.
    We apply such methods as comparative analysis and system approach to researching the problems of low effectiveness of spending the money allocated for entrepreneurship development and import substitution.
    On the basis of the analysis of the results of a range of state programs we come to the conclusion that in some cases they are targeted at one strategically important object and joining them makes it possible to get synergy effect in business and state regulation. We prove the need to establish a wide network of training and consultancy structures, training programs nationwide to improve competences and develop small innovation business and entrepreneurship.
