  • We research the issues of training managerial human resources for the system of state administration as well as prospects of developing human resources on the basis of applying social technologies. The relevance of the research is determined by the growing role of social technologies in training managerial human resources to enable them make optimal managerial decisions. The research is aimed at solving the problems of organizing the development of human resources for the state administration as the key element of the social organization with the help of social technologies.
    We analyze points of view of various researchers concerning the application of social technologies in managerial activity. We study and outline the characteristic of using social managerial technologies. We make the conclusion about the importance of social aspect in maintaining the continuity of personnel with simultaneous renewal of management.
