  • The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that dramatic changes in Russian economy resulted in the need to change the system of managing domestic organizations.
    We research current problems of labor remuneration in the system of human resources management. We have applied system and situational analysis, structural and functional method, economic and statistical method as well as methods of comparison and empirical generalization.
    We define principles of organizing remuneration under modern conditions implying the application of the principles of consistency, justice, clarity, sustainability, reliability and specify the role of remuneration in the system of human resources management. We show the structure of personnel costs from the point of view of direct and indirect costs.
