  • We consider the issues of improving non-financial personnel motivation in an organization on the basis of its corporate culture to achieve high results in quality management. We offer guidelines to reveal staff motivation problems by diagnosing and analyzing the established corporate culture as well as by developing methods of motivation in the quality management system.
    We suggest implementing the methods in question at organizations willing to increase non-financial motivation to achieve growth and intended quality targets.
