  • The article covers legal issues with regard to regulation of the securities market in a globalized world. It deals with conducting criminal cases related to the securities market and the need to clarify some theoretical, legal and applied matters. The relevant issues are closely related to the very concept of a security in the context of criminal court proceedings along with the concept of securities market participants, they are linked with organizing cooperation between different state bodies and non-state agencies aimed at combating offenses in the sphere of securities market.
