    We analyze quantitative and qualitative parameters of Russian stock market, changes in financial market to increase its competitiveness as an international financial center in the area of market regulation, reforming financial infrastructure, running the business.
    We make conclusions concerning peculiar features of Russian financial market at current stage of its development and prospects of improving its key characteristics.
