  • The attention to increasing the effectiveness of human capital in recent years paid by the government, business, universities and employers makes the research a relevant one. By implementing the statistical method of research, comparative analysis and monitoring, we look at regional socio-economic indicators affecting the labor market; problems concerning the interaction of the labor market and the educational services market are studied and the role of human capital in the interaction of the markets is determined.
We make the conclusion that the labor market and the educational services market are interrelated spheres. The quality of knowledge affects not only the competitiveness of educational institution but also its positive image on the labor market.
