BRIEF OVERVIEW OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF LENINGRAD REGION IN TERMS OF CREATING FAVORABLE ENTREPRENEURIAL CLIMATE

We analyze the action plan for the development of Leningrad Region in terms of creating a favorable climate for entrepreneurship development. Employment data for rural and urban area sis analyzed. Alternative ways to promote the development of entrepreneurship from the point of view of applying a relevant purchase mechanism are suggested.
