Innovations are seen as the key factor in ensuring constant competitive advantage under modern conditions. To achieve strategic goals many businesses are currently trying to implement the new methods of human resources management taking into consideration globalization trends and informational development of the society. The innovations in human resources management are targeted not only at profit making but also at improving working conditions and psychological environment.
