  • We reveal and analyze the main trends and problems concerning the influence of artificial intelligence on labor market of the Russian Federation, namely growing automation of technological processes and production, disengagement of labor resources and increase of technological unemployment, growing requirements to human capital, i.e. the need in constant learning and self-development, multistructural character of Russian economy, structural imbalance of labor market, etc. We distinguish factors of influence of extensive use of computer systems on labor market. We note positive influence of artificial intelligence on state government system as well as possible risks for national security. The trends such as dramatic growth of opportunities for well-educated and highly adaptive people are described.
