  • The article focuses on the current delinquency situation among underage migrants in Russia. The authors analyze statistical data provided by the Department of Justice in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. They examine major criminological characteristics of convicted migrants such as their gender, age, committing an offence under influence of alcohol, criminal record check, occupation, committing a crime as part of a group and others.
    In so doing the authors highlight the most essential determinants of delinquency among underage migrants describe their specific features.
