Anti-Corruption Mechanism as a Control Element within a System of Social Protection of Population

  • The article examines institutional meaning of the concept of «social protection» as an element of social and economic policy of the state. It furthermore outlines major functions of the system of social protection and analyzes its key elements and their relationships. With this regard the author highlights the principle of differentiation by forms and methods of rendering the services as the basic principle of the social protection system performance. The key role of public administration institutions is thereupon substantiated with regard to the organization of the system of social protection of the population and promotion of its proper performance. In addition as part of managerial approach methodology the specific characteristic of objects and subjects of social protection of the population is being presented. The article also examines managerial actions for the prevention of corruption activities as well as for further development of anti-corruption management mechanism within organizations of social protection of the population.
