  • The article considers communication to be one of the important instruments of management. Without developed communication a staff member finds himself placed into a hypothetical information bubble. In other words an employee does not quite realizes how his or her job is linked with the objectives and targets of the company. Lack of communication between the company departments and among its staff leads to misunderstandings and often results in occurrence of conflicts. This in its turn deteriorates the social and psychological situation within the company and as a result the departments tend to perform like opponents rather than associates.
On the basis of the research of theoretical studies along with the analysis of relevant practical experience with regard to the development of communicative processes the author highlights the key groups of difficulties which determine the efficiency of communication and defines specific features of communicative process and its impact on the efficiency of the business performance.
