  • We research currently relevant problem of remote employment from the point of view of the preparedness of Russian companies. The main challenges facing the domestic business in the lockdown are identified. We specify the formats of remote work and their differences. Advantages and disadvantages of remote work are revealed and structured from the point of view of employer and employee. Basic measures to organize remote work are suggested.
