  • We look at the ratio of cash, non-cash and electronic money and the transformation of one type into another taking into consideration the characteristics of the participation in the civil circulation.
    Under the influence of global processes of digitalization there has been a huge change within social relationships which leads to creation of quite new civil rights objects that had never existed in civil life and thus had never been fixed as the ones in legislation. Electronic money can be seen as an example of the objects in question.
