  • The matter under analysis deals with maintaining confidentiality of information contained in requests which are sent by operational agents to various official and non-state organizations in the course of conducting operational and investigative activities dealing with records of proceedings. A strong focus is put on substantiating the need for defining restricted access to requests and enquiries to different organizations from the bodies engaged into operation and search activities. The authors furthermore advocate for further development of the federal legislation in the realm of combating crime with the focus on the fight against organized crime.
