  • We analyze regulatory legal acts as well as doctrinal sources concerning the legal nature of artificial intelligence. We make a conclusion that artificial intelligence should be attributed to a single technology as an object of civil law. Legal risks connected with artificial intelligence are analyzed, ways to minimize them are suggested.
