  • We analyze the topical issue of the admissibility of state influence on commercial organizations in the Russian Federation. The degree of state intervention in the economy as well as its features are looked at. We describe the factors predetermining state participation in the activity of commercial organizations. Foreign experience concerning the problem in question is considered.
