Limits on the Exercise of Property Rights by Rights Holders in Regard to Cultural Heritage Objects

In order to ensure proper control and protection of cultural heritage sites at the legislative level, various measures and restrictions are provided for the rights holders of the objects under study in the exercise of various property rights over the acquired objects.
The article discusses the grounds on which property rights over cultural heritage arise and specific features of the right to use these objects. The analysis has been carried out with regard to the issues that arise in judicial practice when the rights holders exercise their rights of ownership and use the property in question.
