The paper explores relevant issues associated with ensuring road safety in the Russian Federation with a focus on law enforcement practices covering illegal conversion of vehicles. The authors offer possible directions for improving legal and regulatory frameworks to eliminate the identified gaps in the Russian legislation in this area. |
