Principle of Unified Real Estate Object in Draft Civil Code

The article covers the legal nature of real estate through the analysis of the principle of a single real estate object as revised in the Project No. 47538-6/5 of the Federal Law "On Amendments to part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation", in contrast to the principle of unity of legal fates.
The author proposes an assessment of real estate objects from the standpoint of the principle of unity of the land plot and the object of capital construction, interprets this principle as well as presents recommendations for the relevant change of current legislation.
