  • Regular conduct of the organization depending on the phase of its activity helped to identify characteristic problems the authority might face in the process of management activity. This in its turn allows managers to foresee and preplan the strategy of the organization’s operation for a particular period of its life cycle. The process of knowledge management, therefore, is also considered to be manageable and uneven at each particular phase of the organization’s operation. The article focuses on specific features of the process of knowledge management at different stages of the life cycle of the organization proposed by I. Adizis.
