The achievement of sustainable development aims in the Russian Federation concerns all sectors of the economy, including building. We introduce the stages of implementing the principles of making energy-efficient buildings in Russian developer projects aimed at resource saving. The examples of alternative developer solutions for the transition to the closed-cycle economy are given. |
