  • We look at the need, prerequisites, conditions and processes of network structures participation in introduction and implementation of innovative infocommunication projects. We prove the effectiveness of various forms of cooperation and interaction of enterprises and organizations of developers, manufacturers and consumers of new technological products as a way of state support for the high-tech manufacturing sector. Taking into account the importance of the projects in question from the point of view of ensuring the national security as well as the unfavorable foreign policy situation, it should be assumed that in the nearest future Smart City projects in Russia will develop precisely by forming a cooperative network of enterprises and organizations acting as developers and manufacturers of necessary components of infocommunication complexes. Meanwhile, the introduction of innovative organizational forms of the cooperation of developers, manufacturers and consumers of new technological equipment results in a number of benefits.
