Conditions of Using Digital Financial Assets in Russian Information Systems

We research the conditions of using digital financial assets and analyze the approaches to defining the users of information systems issuing digital financial assets. We look at their classifications, requirements as well as users’ rights and responsibilities. We make conclusions concerning various approaches to the definition of the status of people having access to the systems, different interpretations of the “owner of digital financial assets” as well as rights and responsibilities of the system users.
