We analyze the dynamics of the key indicators of the mortgage market in Russia for the last five years. We introduce our own classification of bank mortgages taking into consideration the current trends of their development. A survey of current programs relying on state subsidies is made and the need to increase their number to support mortgage effectiveness under crisis is substantiated. |
