Editorial Policy and Publication Ethics

The policy of the Journal is aimed at ensuring productive scientific communication of scholars and researchers investigating problems that are relevant for the modern society and the development of Russian science in the sphere of law, economics and management. The editor-in-chief and the editorial board are strongly committed to publishing interesting topical articles containing the results of scientific research as well as dissertations devoted both to the development of dramatically changing Russian society and the influence of current global trends and transformations affecting the changes in question. We often publish the results of the cutting-edge research concerning the latest trends in the modern jurisprudence, economic sciences and management sociology. The commitment to international publication ethics is an essential part of the editorial policy. Another our priority is to provide an opportunity for young scholars and post-graduate students to publish their findings.
Principles of Ethics
1. The Editorial Board of Journal of Legal and Economic Studies does not accept for consideration articles intended for propaganda of their political or any other ideas. Such articles are sent back to their authors without explaining the reason or chance for further discussion.
2. Journal of Legal and Economic Studies does not publish articles containing any insults to honor and dignity of the Russian Federation, the government, moral values of the people of Russia.
3. If expert finds text or data without appropriate acknowledgement (plagiarism), the article is not sent for further review but confidentially returned to the author without informing third party.
Ethical Guidelines for Authors
Authors should fully comply with international publication ethics:

Articles cannot be simultaneously submitted to another journal;

All individuals submitting articles should abide by copyright law (plagiarism is prohibited);

False and fabricated data is unacceptable;

The rules of international publication find it unethical to publish text from your previous research;

Obsolete data is unacceptable.
