  • The study is dedicated to exploring problematic issues of the legislative framework in the field of regulation of activities dealing with the use of atomic energy in the Russian Federation. The authors provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal basis of the Russian Atomic Law. The results of the analysis indicate that the legal framework has a number of sufficient issues which require prompt resolution. The authors reveal major inherent challenges and propose specific ways of solution thereof.
