Double Standards Issue in Implementation of Human Rights: International Legal Aspect

The article examines specific features of the formation of the human rights institution in the context of aspects of its legal implementation with double standards in human rights as a side effect thereof. The key historical and geopolitical aspects that caused the struggle of various subjects of international law in the legal field of the institution of human rights in order to achieve their narrow-minded political interests are indicated. It is determined how to identify double standardization, and the ways to counter this negative process are indicated.
