We substantiate the inevitability of the transformation of the interaction of governmental bodies and business under sanctions. The sanctions should be seen as a factor of speeding up the development of the mechanism of state-private partnership and access to the investment in regions. We state the need to relate regional economic development to the development of innovations and arranging trilateral cooperation of the government, business and population. |
