The article examines scientifically stimulated content of the concept of a corruption crime using the analysis of criteria for attributing an act as such, and features that determine the essence of a corruption offense. The author identifies and describes some of specific features of the transformation of a corruption crime through the forms, methods and mechanism of commission thereof, which forms the essence of a corruption criminal act. |
